Introducing myCOMPASS PA, for Pennsylvanians who have applied for or get health and human service programs or benefits. It offers many of the same features found on COMPASS, but right from your phone. You can now access your benefits from anywhere, whenever you want.

The best part? You can take care of business while you’re on-the-go. Tasks that used to involve a trip to the county assistance office can be accomplished with only a few minutes on the app. Whether you want to know the status of your application or send us a photo of required documents, you’re always just a few taps away.

This is the most useless app ever. I would give it zero stars, it's not user friendly, it's almost impossible to use, it didn't process any of the verification forms I submitted and the log in feature is so annoying why can't it just take my fingerprint instead of needing two forms of verification, it's not like it holds any sensitive information because it doesn't work! What's worse is calling for help and it tells you to download this stupid useless app.

App doesn't work the phone number doesn't work listed in the app it even says on a constant basis it can't load or connect to servers. Leave it to Pennsylvania to have a shotty public assistance system... update 2 weeks later still the same issues the phone numbers listed in the app still don't work.. I have since been denied public bennifits due to not being able to access the app or my acount and not being able to upload documents due to being locked out because the app is faulty.. thanks pa.

Attractive interface, but absolutely zero functionality. Every time I click on a tab - say, to upload documents - I get either an error message or an endless spinning circle. Notifications appear backdated to weeks before they appear and can't be deleted or marked read. I am unable to look up or connect to my case number. And every time you switch to a different window, the app automatically logs you out. I don't know how much the state paid for this, but any amount was too much.
