About this app

Register with BT Pay, launched by Banca Transilvania, by completing the following information: phone number, date of birth, and details of the BT cards you wish to be included in the application in digital format to pay for contactless contact.
To use the application, you need to set up a security method on your phone (pin, pattern, fingerprint, etc.)

What can you do with BT Pay? Many:

• You pay your purchases with your phone by choosing any of the BT cards listed in the application. It's simple, fast and free of charge;
• Send money to who you want, or you can ask to send money when you need it. All you need to know about the transfer is the phone number of the person to whom / from which the money transfer is;
• You can transfer money between your BT card accounts;
• You can see the history of the BT Pay card transactions and how much money you have on the BT card. If you also have a BT credit card, you can also learn about monthly payment amounts and how many STAR loyalty points you have accumulated for later use in other purchases. Everything in real time;
• Receive exclusive offers from STAR and BT partners.

Ratings and reviews

The app opens with an error asking to restart the application. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no luck. I have reached out to customer support and it seems that after the last update, some of my phone's settings are blocking the app's right function. Date&Time to be on Automatic and use 24-hour format!

The app is constantly blocking after fingerprint logging, freezing with now way to use it. If you manage to use it remain hooked and you are not able to unlock your phone if you don't loghin again in the app to close it.

Two starts only because some feautures work, but when I need to add a new card I always need to go to the bank because I don't recieve the sms, when I need to do online payments as well, even when paying in stores I have problems and only after I call them to tell the problem it works for a few days then back again. I had too many problems till now, I hope they will resolve them.
