Nothing works. Have tried to switch phone on profile and it never changes, all the phones have prices listed that change when you go to actually select the phone, says I'm eligible for upgrade but screen has no options to select to see choices, and there's no way to actually change or manage my phone plan. The only thing that seems to work is paying your bill (no surprise there). All this talk about a new and improved boost mobile and better service and it's been the complete opposite

Horrible customer service. I ordered a new phone in the app. I added a shipping address. After the order completed it showed the billing address as the shipping address. Not going to get the phone. Went on live chat. They were useless. Could not do anything or offer a solution. Called customer service. Again they could not update address or cancel order. I hadn't even received the confirmation email yet. Their solution is to call ups when i have a tracking number and send it back. Useless!!

This app sucks. It is not informative. I couldn't find the answers to my questions. You can't shop for phones. It will not add the phone to your cart. There is a very limited phone selection. The phones original prices are on the high end. They're not affordable in today's economy or for my budget. Tech Support and Customer Care lack communication skills. In-store is worse. They speak very broken English. Cannot comprehend the English language enough to solve problems.
