Unable to link my PC Optimum. Keeps looping and asking me to sign into my PC optimum account than just goes back to the homescreen. Tried calling only got voicemail and no call back. Absolutely useless customer service options. I have reached out to the technical team where I was told to delete the app and reinstall and if that doesn't work to delete my account and setup a new account. Both solutions did not work. Apparently I have been escalated to a higher support level. 🤬

I recently downloaded the app and the app worked really well. It was able to pick up the stations closest to me. I was able to pay from the app and fuel my car. Plus my PC optimum points get updated instantly. FYI - I have only used the app once. The app would be optimal if we are able to see that gas prices at various stations. Asides that, it is generally a good app.

Just downloaded the app. Why do you require BOTH my email AND my phone number? Ok fine, you have them. But then you want me to link my PC Optimum card, and I try to do that and it doesn't even work! I logged in to the PC site, and can confirm my credentials are correct. But from this Esso app, it accepts my email and password, but never gets linked. And this is supposed to be the improved app? I hate to think what it was before!
