Update to original review. I am not sure what has been done to the app, but it does not work for me at all. It tells me to tap to reload, on every screen in the app, except the resources screen. I tap. It gives me the same message. I tap and tap and tap and tap... same message. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times to no avail. New update, same issue. Very frustrating to deal with, especially since I should have $50 in rewards waiting. What happened to the app that did work?

App should be available for all members (limited to a very select number of states). Rewards should automatically push/load to reward card once activity is completed. The process is purposely so inconvenient that it discourages members from using it. They make rewards available, but there are so many steps/roadblocks in order to redeem them. Digital (online/electronic) is not an available option, therefore you have to print and have Dr fill out and sign. Which has to still has be mailed.

It is FREAKING AMAZING... except when it isn't. It's stable about 80% of the time, which is honestly better than apps like the xbox app or cvs. But, it could honestly use some stability work. Sometimes, it simply forgets user data, and others, it takes quite a bit of time longer than other apps to load content. Then, there's the wellness check reward issue, but maybe at some point, they'll get it fixed. But, it's a bit better than 3 stars. Maybe 3.5? Rounded up to 4 stars.
