Requesting a personal ride has never been easier on Uber Lite— Here’s how it works in four steps:

Open the app
Confirm where you are and tap to select your destination
Choose a vehicle type
Confirm your ride

What happens after you request?
Your location and destination information is shared with your driver so they know where to pick you up and drop you off.

Once you've requested a ride, the app will show you all the information you need about your upcoming trip, including your driver’s name, picture, contact information, vehicle details, progress toward your destination, and their time to arrival.

When your trip is over, pay in cash. Uber Lite does not accept digital forms of payment at this time.

The App is extremely slow and doesn't show location on the map, to confirm. There is no way to identify if the driver is on the right way for pickup. Every time the app insists to check the box to know whether it's a human or a bot using it. Unlike previously it doesn't retain the home, work address. Overall app isn't user friendly or lite.

Bloody cheaters fraud people fare showed at the time of booking was something else and without any reason at the end of the trip I was charged double the fair pathetic app don't recommend and on top of it there is no one to address the issue when u go to then help section purposely these people have made a glitch where u cannot enter the trip date no matter how many times u try

So glitch, laggy and unfriendly interface. Never using this app again. And how is an app which is 44MB on download and using 210MB storage space within 15mims of download a lite version? Seriously need to get rid of the useless space hoarding aspects of the app. People use your app for convenience, not getting irritated by the glitch UI.
