In my two decades in this industry, this is one of the worst-designed driver apps I've encountered. I've been using it for over three years, and it's consistently difficult to use and unreliable. The textual information often doesn't match the GPS location of the pickup address. Additionally, the app requires 'always, location permission instead of 'only while using,' which drains the battery and seems a bit suspicious. The difficulty of using this app has discouraged me from going online.

One may have a device that is not very strong to accommodate several open apps, so when one opts for Google maps, the phone freezes, and if there's any unaccepted request during the freeze, bolt rates you down. Sometimes for no reason, the rider cancels the trip when you have covered several kilometres to where they are, but there is never compensation for that. But the map mostly misleads. Uber map is the best.

A well organised, well orchestrated app that have been very useful to me.Though just like every other inhaling app,the bolt app is with great difference & perculiarity, except for the only fact that much preference is given to riders,so much so that when a rider makes request, the driver calls, drives to the rider's location & only for the rider to cancel such request, when it dawns on the rider that probably he or she doesn't need the ride again, yet bolt will drop the driver's score.
