Hello Singtel Dash Team, what actually happened to the Singtel Dash app? Why does it always pop up "verify" even though I did it? Yesterday I asked the staff at Singtel and they said there was a system repair and they couldn't help me. What should I do now? It's very difficult to call the Singtel hotline.

Basically, you can transfer money in for free, but you can't transfer money out unless you pay $1. Nice.

It is a considerable hassle to register an account, whatever... It is a payment related app, so maybe they have to be extra careful with the "safety". BUT, you have to verify AGAIN, going through the same process, to use Paynow function, etc. WHY??? Curse your illogical and nonsensical approach to "safety". How is this app still around, I have heard of it for YEARS!!! Singtel should be investigated by the authorities to see if dirty money is involved with the app's development.
