Ratings and reviews

Works great so far. Easy and comprehensive user interface and I like the granular times lots for pickup. It's also easier to order all the sides and drinks I always want to order (since it's not face to face) which I consider a win-win

Great ordering experience, way better than most places. Can choose every detail and Lu's always gets them right! Only drawback is that font is low contrast and near microscopic - might help some users to improve this.

none of the auto populate features worked and the UI is a bit wonky. Google pay would be a nice payment option too but all n all it gets you your food.
