The app sends offers while I'm driving, forcing me to exit navigation and check offers, which is unsafe. It doesn't allow task-jumping, even if it saves time. I accepted a 2nd order while on a delivery. I was driving right past the restaurant but the app made me drive 15 miles to deliver the first order, then return 15 miles to pick up the second. That order sat for 20 minutes, before the 20 min drive to drop-off. The app's task setup wastes time and gas and hurts customer satisfaction.

It's absolutely astounding how awful this app is. I've been somehow spoiled by the mediocre apps that are Uber eats and DoorDash. For starters, the notifications on this app are completely broken. Many times, it will send you a notification for an order after it's already been reassigned, and it will put you in a loop that is a never-ending cowbell, the only remedy is to force close the app. Everything about this app feels miles behind the other major competitors. It's really not worth my time.

Unable to attach an image, if you lose your cell signal during a drop off, there's no way to submit a picture. Even if you take a drop off picture with your phone camera, app doesn't allow you to attach that image, and the app doesn't let you proceed unless you submit a drop off image. Developers and coders really should field test this app before pushing out updates. Terrible!
