Ratings and reviews

The coupon scanning never works. Either 1) it doesn't scan the coupon barcode in store or 2) the discount isn't taken off at the register. They have to adjust the price. Yes I know how to do it and yes my phone number is correct in the app. I've had a smooth experience with the stupid coupons only once or twice. What's the point of this convoluted system anyway?? Screw the app

Multiple times now I have clipped coupons via the app, verified they were clipped before going inside, then going through checkout and getting charged full price. When I check the app again, the once-clipped coupons show as not having been "clipped". It's getting ridiculous and has happened multiple times, I'm going to have to start opening my phone at checkout and refreshing while my things get scanned to make sure I don't get screwed over...

Burdensome to search, apply deals and then they don't work at the register. Ever. When cashiers are asked for help they all seem to be frustrated with the app and how much they have to do to correct things after it doesn't work correctly. I shop at Safeway often and somehow I've never gotten enough points to get even $1 off. If you use coupons they give you negative points (what??). This app is awful.
