This app is helpful for me for communication with my counselor, however, it does not give alerts every time when I get a new message. It alerts randomly. What's the point if your waiting for a response and you never get the alert that you have a new unread message?? I have this app on both my phones, work iPhone and personal android. It's not a phone or setting problem, it's an app problem. NEED TO FIX. We don't need something making more stress!!!

I love this app. I would give 5 stars if I could manually do my check in. Sometimes I miss a check, ot the time is off and I am checking in in the morning when Im ready for bed. Other than that, I love that I can directly text my Counselor and communicate with her in real time. The exercises are a neat way to check your personal growth progress.

i can't send messages to anyone through it. the spot that has messages, where i have to tap on the message area to bring up my keyboard is COVERED by my phones 3 control buttons that are permanent at the bottom of the screen! I'm supposed to message my counselor daily but i can't!!! what kind of joke is this? only iphone users matter to your app? how could you overlook the fact that a portion of your users cannot use an important part of your app?
