App drains my battery even when Im not driving. It causes my phone to get super hot because it's running constantly in the background. It doesn't track all the trips, so it's impossible to get the required 50. Tried uninstalling/reinsalling and everything recommended by tech support, but nothing helps. It's frustratingly unusable to the point that it seems like they are making it so you can't get the drivewise discount.

This app saves my user name but never saves the password, forcing me to enter the password every time I open the app. That means I have to have it running in the background all the time, even when I'm not on the road. I don't appreciate having to run apps 24/7 on my phone, especially apps like this that shouldn't require constant background usage at all. Please fix this, Allstate.

GPS signal is lost on my phone, everything is normal, location is on,and does not track my trips. Calculates trips less than half a mile to 5 miles. Then doesn't Calculate it again for less miles traveled. Traveled many places but it doesn't keep track of my trips. Keeps track of everything else but my trips It's August 2nd 2025 and it has not been keeping track of my daily trips sense, July 15th 2025.
