I'm an shift manager and I have tried logging in and I get an messages saying I'm not an authorized to access to this application. Please contact altametrics support. How is I had one Manger get in last night and I can't. Can't use the tools to help us in a shift if we don't have access. Please some look into and fix the problem. Thank you. Kenny

Since the last update biometrics no longer works. email support did not resolve this issue even providing email and phone number. Biometrics was a convenient feature. I am certainly deterred from using this app without biometrics login available. EDIT: Something went wrong error when trying to login or contact support through app.
