good library, TERRIBLE player. you removed the next episode from the list of options from the drop-down. the auto play cannot be turned off so it will just play videos forever, even if they're not on your playlist. it skips videos so I'll be watching episode 3 and it'll skip to episode 5. can no longer skip intro unless you catch that popup within 0.1 second. the old player was just fine. who changed it, a high schooler learning how to code? it's terrible. listen to the comments, FIX IT

I cannot emphasize enough how this is the worst video streaming app that I have! Between paying for it and still getting unwanted commercials, plus the buttons not working as intended. It has the worst user friendly software compared to all the biggest video streaming apps which is really crazy seeing how it's owned by one of the biggest companies. Get it together!

Honestly the worst paid streaming app ! In a FREE SERIES there will be 1 or 2 random episodes that you have to pay for ! You still get ads even when you pay the $2.99 extra to go ad free ! When you go to continue to watch a show it sets you back to episodes you have already finished and when auto playing to the next episode it will play like 30 seconds of it then skip you ahead to the next episode ! Amazon is great but the quality of Prime Video is severely lacking.
