Ratings and reviews

Very bad experience both times using this app. First time the order placed by itself without tapping 'place order's button. Second time the delivery driver didn't deliver the food even after 50 mins. Went in the opposite direction. Customer service was just helpful enough to cancel the order but nothing more. Waiting to see how it will be in the future.

Items costs very high, even higher than the actual cost of the item at that restaurant (inclusive of GST). Now, they came with variable platform fees which is increasing very quickly over order counts. For the last two orders, I made compliant for very less quantity of food delivery but unfortunately no action, their stupid chat bot just waste time and nothing else. I will suggest better to prefer Dine-In or Take-Away by self mode only.

I was once a big fan of Zomato but after several service related issues in the past few years I have realised it is a complete scam. They cancelled an order which couldn't be delivered and I was told that they initiated a refund for the same only for me to find out that they had mailed me stating that the refund could not be done as the order had been confirmed. Their refund policy does say that they cannot refund once an order is confirmed then why did they even cancel it.
