Was talked into coming back for a better rate and higher speeds. Truth is, Spectrum's been lagging and buffering quite a bit, whereas..... Frontier ran great, but almost double the price. We were told it could handle up to 200 devices. we have 3 cells, a PS5 and Spectrum. There should be no reason for all the buffering and lagging. Disappointed and debating on staying or not.

I first gave 5 stars, but now 1 because they lied to my face. I did their "upgrade" to my phone and was told I would get a $700 credit for my old one. It never happened. I called them, and they said , "You got the credit." But NO I DIDN'T! I still see the same huge amount owed and the same payments and would not have upgraded without the credit. As soon as I pay off this whole bill, I'm dumping them for Straight talk. Don't fall for the "upgrade promises" cause you will regret it.

I have the hardest time accessing the app. It's been like this since I got Spectrum in October. Doesn't seem to matter how many updates I do it's hardly functions or takes me well over 4 times to log in. This is very inconvienient considering that it only ever seems to work well enough when the bill is due. Also, the biometrics never works for me I'm always prompted to log in through the website. Which, consistently gives me a residential error code.

What’s new

We’re now providing more flexibility when it comes to Auto Pay of TV, Internet and Home Phone services. You can choose a monthly payment date that works best for you. Go to Billing and select Auto Pay to pick your preferred payment date. The change will take effect for the following month of service.
