extremely hard to navigate and support aren't very supportive

This app does not support my phone Samsung Galaxy Note 8,can't download app

Horrible, unreliable and broken. The app Will randomly stop working and it will say that my phone has USB debugging enabled which it doesn't and it never has. And I have to reset and reinstall the app from scratch again. I had to do this twice for a month. This is completely unacceptable and the app is complete garbage
