Ratings and reviews

The app makes it really easy to check your E-ZPASS balance and recent activity. It's also easy to change vehicle / license plate info, which is great if you suddenly add vehicles due to an accident or other short term situation. Overall, it's a good app. My only complaint (not the app's fault) is that the over-reliance on acronyms for toll locations can make it hard to decipher where a toll was incurred. This can cause problems when expensing tolls. An acronym glossary would help.

Downloaded the app and when I tried to set up a temporary travel account all the optional information was actually required, and then it sent me 4(!) different verification codes, all with the same time stamp, none of which worked. Now I can't log in, or recreate the account, which it says already exists. I guess we'll find out if it actually registered after we hit the tollway.

the migration to the new "upgraded" service is terrible. since the migration, my auto pay was removed, tolls were not properly captured and resulted in toll violations, and worse yet, it wouldn't let me log in. it gives a technical error message (it tries to send a 2FA, but it was never set up). no one in customer service knows how to fix it. I reset my password a few times - it's not a password issue... its a glitch that happened since they migrated to the new system. please help!
