Ratings and reviews

Voice mail has not worked now for approximately 2 years. I get no notifications for VM and have to call just to check. When it was updated back then, I contacted Boost and even wrote a review indicating so. It has done no good; It was great until the update. I would give it 5 stars, but until the problem is fixed, I give it 1 star.

My data takes a long time to reset. The app shows that my billing cycle ends on the 10th, but when I spoke to a representative, they informed me that it ends on the 11th. I'm confused about how they can see the 11th when I see the 10th as my billing cycle date. Truly annoyed me. If they don't fix it, I might have to change service after 20 years of being with Boost.

App is very basic and unappealing in appearance. The ABSOLUTE WORST aspect of the app is that it ONLY works off the phones cell service. No wifi. So if your phone disconnects from the cell service like mine does repeatedly, you are screwed! You can't call them, and you can't message either. Unless you use someone else's phone to call them. Also, you are automatically enrolled in Auto pay...and you can't change it. There are other problems as well.😡
