I went to go there and use the app and I pulled up an offer that they had advertised and when I wanted to redeem it in the restaurant, no QR code showed up or a 6-digit number. Everything showed up but that. And I'm not the only one who has this problem. My friend pulled it up on their app and it didn't work as well. It's been like this for weeks now and no fixing of the app

I try to redeem the deals on the app, and it does not give a code, I try to submit a ticket for support and it says it has encountered an error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, still no luck. The staff at the stores can't help. It is a completely pointless app if it can't give deals or coupons.

This app is hilariously broken. The offers don't work for pickup (takes your payment but gives you a generic error) or in-store (no bar code or code). I remember trying the app a couple years ago and uninstalling it because it didn't work. Interesting to see nothing has changed. Whichever team is building this app for BK, they're definitely losing BK tons of money.
