I went to go there and use the app and I pulled up an offer that they had advertised and when I wanted to redeem it in the restaurant, no QR code showed up or a 6-digit number. Everything showed up but that. And I'm not the only one who has this problem. My friend pulled it up on their app and it didn't work as well. It's been like this for weeks now and no fixing of the app

When using the 2 can dinner breakfast coupon, there is no option to change the from the default sausage sandwich. Also, it's stupid that you don't earn points of you redeem coupons in store. This app consistently doesn't update to show breakfast menu offers in the morning. Edit: Just to respond to Burger King's response. I had already updated, completely reinstalled, and relogged into my account before I wrote my review. So, your suggestion doesn't work. Fix your app.

There's no option or way to cancel an order. I lost an entire order of BK points because the app defaulted to another pickup location as I ordered. There was no option in the app or customer service chat to cancel the order. I even called the store which was 2 hours away and they could not cancel it.
