very bad banking services. there's no way to make a good. reason is that, mobile banking is not work properly and when using a banking that time not work and balance also cut from our account and refund time also taking a 3 4 days. it's not a one time several times. so I am giving a 0(ZERO) star for this bank. if anyone have this bank owner number please send me I will complain to it. we contact to bank staff there are told to me everyday come bank. what a nonsense. we don't have any other work

The app does not open at all and it's really hindering my daily routine as I need to make payments, and the app fails me at those crucial moments. I've contacted them about it but I did not get any response either. It works very occasionally and stops altogether most of the time. And the bank charges us for using the mobile banking app that DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.

Probably the worst mobile banking application I have ever used. It's been almost a week I'm facing problem with login and it's not fixed yet?? We're not paying mobile banking charges to experience your system error most of the time. And there you are without any shame encouraging your customers to use mobile banking while 70% of the time we're facing problems with online transactions and log in. First fix your bugs!!!😡
