This site sucks... It doesn't record my trips unless I uninstall and reinstall before each trip. This app is not good it has me going places I don't go half the time it doesn't record my trips. I have everything turned on I'm supposed to have turned on and everything turned off that's supposed to be turned off. The stupid app still won't work. Be nice if you would fix it. This is an edit. I've noticed that it stops working. It just quits on its own. So I'm still having to uninstall and reinstal

I liked this app up until the last update. Now it says that I'm distracted for my whole trip on almost every trip. I do NOT use my phone in the car. Whatever bug is causing this needs to be fixed! *edit- I've been going through my billing statements. It doesn't even show the account discount so I had to figure it out in comparison to my first bill. I'm saving a whole FOUR DOLLARS a month! This app is NOT worth the discount. I'm uninstalling this garbage! And possibly looking for a new provider.

I don't know how the algorithm of this app works, but although our household's driving score is high, our discount keeps dropping. You have to maintain it all the time. It shows inaccurate usage of the phones. Also, why do handfree calls considered distraction and talking to other passengers in the car don't? Bottom line, the discount isn't worth the effort.
