My original Midfirst banking app wasn't accepting my login info, and after getting locked out of my account, I called support only to learn they moved to a new app. It would've been nice to know that ahead of time, but no worries. I downloaded the new app and it won't let me login (turns out you have to go on the computer, login, and change your password). I'm finally able to log into the app but the second I'm in the entire thing is blank. I can't see any of my accounts or information AT ALL!!

I doesn't open a lot and I can never get in. I never had this issue before I had to switch to this new app. Please fix. Update: Still have the same issue from months back. can never get the app to open. Very frustrating. Update: Called the bank and said my phone is compatible but still does not open or work. And the online browser one now is super slow and takes forever? Can yall fix this or do yall know how?

The layout of the new app is a vast improvement over the old. Much more pleasing to navigate, view account information, etc. And so far biometrics has worked to log in every session. Unlike the old app which would randomly lose the bio setting. There are still a few things to be cleaned up. Backing out of the app to close doesn't always work. It will take you back to the login screen, but it won't fully exit -- forcing you to use the home button -- which can cause login issues next session.
