awful app. no ability to keep multiple accounts logged in at once. logging in with my secondary account takes me to my primary account for some reason. half the time my login fails and it forces me to reset my password after THE FIRST ATTEMPT, then keeps failing thereafter. loading takes forever, making the entire process even more frustrating. this app is the reason why I'm searching for a different bank/cu to go to. if I can't access my money easily when I want to, what's the point??

Find a different bank!! This app is another good example of cheap, outsourced, design and coding of their app. Update after update, just to still be faulty, it is just as bad as going into a branch and dealing with tellers that are always rude. their tech cannot tell account numbers from check amounts. They are always doing "maintenance", do yourself a favor and literally use any other bank.

Just Okay. After several years and several phones, I am still unable to modify anything related to online bill pay. I have spoken to several representatives who could not fix this issue. This requires me to log off and log on to a desktop version on my mobile browser. Thankfully I at least have that option since I'm always on the go. It would be nice to have it in a one stop shop app. Otherwise, it works great. Oh, and you can't see next days pending payments while viewing your checking account.
