Ratings and reviews

You have to completely uninstall and reinstall the app to get this stupid thing to work because of Google's incompetent updating techniques. Not doing so made the app almost unusable. My chat bubbles stopped using the phone settings and were huge, images and chats broken completely. Even then, some functions in the new version are just bad, like image viewing and sending. It's just a total mess. This is a case study in why "move fast and break things" is terrible from an end user perspective.

The new update with attaching pictures has gone downhill. I use to hit my picture/gallery icon and small window of thumbnails popped up with two buttons on top. Giving me two options pictures & albums. it was quick and easy to get to the folder I needed. now there's an added step in order to see my albums list and then added steps in order to attach images. the bugs aren't fixed causing it to glitch and exit at a different step. multiple times a day user and this change sucks!!!!

I've had my fair share of issues with this app, but as of right now I still prefer it over the others. In the last 2 weeks or so, the bubbles stopped working though and it's frustrating. I will get the text and the bubble will pop up, but once I tap on it the window is just dark and nothing shows. I haven't changed any settings at all, it just stopped working. I need y'all to fix that, because I use it constantly and it's a reminder for me that I got a text
