Customer service is very bad. I have purchased something online through my account, points were never added. Tried adding manually, the request was rejected. Tried emailing customer are and never got reply. Tried logging in a complaint via app, it doesn't work, text can't be added. It's ok to use this in store but be careful as cashiers are not asking if you have Shukran so you must ask them to add your purchase.... Don't use app for online purchases ever!

Poor app, resetting password hardly works. Same problem with Centerpoint app, poor.

I can't link my card or sign in from the app although I can sign in from the browser!! While editing my profile I can't add my email!! I have another card, when I try to sign in it shows that we can't find ur email, so I go to sign up then it shows that the email address is used!! Useless app, I don't recommend it and plz don't reply to this msg with sorry to hear that u r having trouble......... Etc. Coz u already know that lots of people facing the same problem. Thank you
