Not user friendly, several attempts to order only to have the app freeze

>asks if you want to do fingerprint verification (why) and has location access always on whether or not you have app open (warns you, but still) >does not allow you to pay via third party like cash app or PayPal >handles poorly >no way to find your previous orders or any receipts for in-app purchases in the app (its sent to you in an email) >tells you the wrong time for takeout pickups (cold food) >points dont apply from in-app purchases >it is not more convenient than calling the store.

Not great. Put an order in for ASAP, instead it told them to make the food in 55 minutes. Another time it quadrupled my order without my knowledge which led me to pay for way more food than i ordered. Love Crosby's as a convenience store but their app sucks.
