Every time I try to check my transaction types and amounts it always pops up as a error or gives me the wrong stuff. I looked for funds in and its showing me either all of my transactions or all funds out. It's really a P-off when you are trying to figure out Financials and bills. APP is only good for paying my bills or transferring, can't even print my transactions if I can't get them to show up.

I had so many issues with the Simplii app. First issue, was a flickering banner on the my accounts page which wouldn't go away. Second issue, I wasn't getting offers in the offer sedtion. I had offers yet none of them showed in the offers page. It took almost 2 years to have everything resolved and it was me chasing them for the most part. You can't talk directly to the tech team which makes the process much harder. I never encountered such issues with any other bank.

App is unusable for me as of review. I keep getting error (0004) whenever I tried to sign in, and I even have my biometrics and info saved before hand too. I did get a brand new device but still confused how that would affect the app not working on my new device especially when I never registered my device. All my banking apps work fine just this one.
