Worked fine for 1 month. Now I can't login to the app. After spending several hours on the phone with tech support. Worked fine on their end?? I still can't login to the app. I'm going to contact the contractor that installed my hvac & have the thermostat replaced with one that DOES NOT use the resido app. APP has a 2 star rating for a good reason, I wouldn't even give it that .

App has poor instructions for creating schedules. It does not indicate there are multiple modes for Away and Sleep and that you need to skip the first one to know that there are others. Needs to be a menu on the first screen displaying all choices in order to make a decision. Also, it would be really be nice to see, in the app, a way to EASILY know whether the system is CURRENTLY running. And the ability to change the room from the app. This is what the app is for!

Same company behind the thermostat app and it went offline at the exact same time a day ago. The cause the stupid app or a third party.. they'll blame your wifi, your phone. you'll install, reinstall reset your wifi and nothing will work. meanwhile my 10 year old ring camera is still chugging along, zero issues and never randomly goes offline. Sidenote on this absolute junk. it'll send you motion notifications all day and all night for the same notification from 10 hours ago don't buy this junk
