I would love to give this 5 stars. Up until lately, they were almost perfect! I was super pleased with sound quality of music, ease of use & call quality. Lately they have become a bit of a hastle to use for phone calls (which is the #1 reason I purchased). It's hit or miss, I haven't noticed a pattern or reason for the calling issues. Example, last night my dad called, I answered but the quality was horrible & worst of all, they weren't in sync. Left ear then 1 or 2 seconds later, right ear.

I'm having an issue on the OnePlus 7 Pro where call audio, not music audio, sounds as if I'm in a tunnel during the call and if even evident when the phone is ringing. No, this has nothing to do with ambient sound as this was an issue only after the previous update from 2 weeks ago and was not resolved with the most recent update. Callers on the other line have been able to tell the difference as well.

The app is broken. I've been having difficulty with my earbuds randomly disconnecting while I'm listening to a variety of apps, so I tried to open the app and see if I could diagnose the problem. When I try to open the app I get sent to a screen that says it needs to be updated. I have automatic updates turned on so this seems weird. When I click on the update button it takes me to the app store, where I can either open or uninstall the app. No updates. I've un- and reinstalled, and still broken
