The app doesn't work it hasn't in months. The new keno system sucks. It's almost like they went back to the late 90s early 2000s technology. You can not check numbers or scan lotto tickets anymore. It used to work beautifully till the system update they rolled out in May 2023.

I tried to install and use this app after the regular app was inexplicably removed from the Google Play store. It does remain on the Apple store, just not on Google. I tried to reach out to Connecticut lottery to inquire why it had been removed from the Google Play store and was not able to be downloaded through a secure method. The response I received was I need a lottery account in order for them to be able to respond. I would just like a simple answer to the question?

This app(company) certainly doesn't care about your problems with logging in or scanning etc! Instead to address the issue and fixing it thwy just keep telling you to reset your password!! So every time you want to check your ticket you must reset your password! And you can see they don't even bother to respond on all this complains.
