Ratings and reviews

Bloated, ads, and more ads. Not good enough that you give US Bank your business, they have to force every product they offer down your throat in the app too. Dismiss an ad? I don't think so, it is right back next time you refresh. They seem to make it intentionally hard to get to a lot of the information an average user would care about too. There is so much garbage on the screen because instead of making this app a utility for customers, they compromised it by using it as marketing vehicle.

This app does not work with the VPN service that I use. I am able to log in fine on a browser (both mobile and on a pc), but the app won't let me look at my accounts or even log in at this point if I'm on a VPN. App works great if you can get in, though. I just wish it would work with my VPN. This review is so low solely because there is no other way to bring this to their attention, as their customer service for help and feedback is either automated or has you call a number that doesn't help.

I have to get a verification text every single time I do anything and on top of that most times the verification text doesn't even come through what is the point? why can't you guys just have the phone registered just like every other app? it's ridiculous and Amazon doesn't offer another banking app so I'm just going to have to go outside of that and go back to Capital One.
