new feedback: i was able to rearrange the accounts in the order I want to view them on desk top but it did not translate over in mobile app. Thank you for taking off the initial interface that kept prompting for paperless billing. The app is working much better these days. I love that I can do deposits from the app and use biometrics to log in quickly. I can transfer money easily from one account to another. NOW I'm really living the external accounts linked up! That's a level up right there.

Bloated, ads, and more ads. Not good enough that you give US Bank your business, they have to force every product they offer down your throat in the app too. Dismiss an ad? I don't think so, it is right back next time you refresh. They seem to make it intentionally hard to get to a lot of the information an average user would care about too. There is so much garbage on the screen because instead of making this app a utility for customers, they compromised it by using it as marketing vehicle.

Having a new account, many of my online purchases get declined. I am not always informed via text message of the declined attempt or the reason for it. That would make it much easier to re-attempt the purchase. I will say, the associates at my home Branch are always most pleasant and exceptionally capable. Each and every member of the home team always meets and excedes my individual banking needs. Well done!
