Completely USELESS!!! App used to be okay. You could see your account balance and bill (not that the billing system makes any sense to begin with). Now i can't even log in on the app or the website because it directs you to an error page. US Cellular sucks and has never been worth any of the hassle I've dealt with from the beginning. They lie about their charges and then can't even make an app that works.

It's not you it's us.... Kind of figured that out after 500 tries in a month but thanks. Maybe fix the issue? I can never log in online either as it "doesn't recognize my device" even though I have had this phone and number forever. Ive been having issues with usC since forever. At least 2014. Just please get it together. Paying top prices and can't get an app together for years! If I wasn't in the woods I'd use anything else. Customer service reps are really nice though, they save it.

App hasn't worked properly since the update in September, and neither has their website. Three months of having to jump through hoops just to pay my bill is not acceptable. Update: it's now 8 months later, and the app is somehow worse. Can't even get to the login screen. When I talked to customer service I was told to uninstall/reinstall and it would fix it. It did not. If I could give negative stars, I would. US CELLULAR - FIX YOUR APP.
