Not so great being declined with available funds. I would have a PS5 from my invite event from Sony when it finally happened for me, and still don't have one. It has also declined other purchases since then with a 'fraud block' that kept happening, and I had to call, verify, and wait an hour or so to buy anything, and at major stores. I would change my payment method.

The worst card EVER! unfortunately I receive my SSDI benefits on this card. I've had it for at least 5 years now and I hate it! A lot of the times when I go to the ATM I can't get MY money out, sometimes I can't even pay my bills. forget purchasing anything through Google, the card won't allow it! I wanted to subscribe to YouTube premium, but I can't do that either! something needs to change. This is MY money and Direct Express dictates how I use it! disgraceful !!!!

It would be great if it allowed me to log in using my thumb. It would be great if it let me log in at all. It says my info doesn't match anything in their system when I try to reset my password. I know for a fact it is all correct and should match. But it's telling me it doesn't. Almost like they deleted my account. I sure hope that isn't the case, but someone in the reviews had that happen to them recently. Absolute dumpster fire of an app. Get your sh together, people rely on you.
