My remote died, so in the meantime, I paid for this app. Quite frankly, it sucks. Every time you need to change a channel, raise/lower volume or just pause, you have to go through the process of choosing your device and waiting for it to load. Sadly, I found out after paying for this, I could get an actual to my television replacement remote.

I couldn't find my remote so I decided to download this. They had a 7-Day trial period. The night I downloaded it I could not use it I wrote immediately and told them I wanted to cancel it. It was the same night I downloaded it maybe 30 minutes later I wrote the contact us listed on the page. They wrote back to inform me that I could not cancel with them. I had to go into the Google app and download and then cancel it. Very confusing I never give bad reviews, but this is ridiculous!

Trash. It isn't free. Don't download. You cannot control the stupid volume without paying an insane amount. I would be better off buying a whole new remote. Stupid scamming devs. It would be better to make us pay for the app before we download. But no you have to hide the fact you're just trying to take our money. EDIT: Not gonna contact liars. And if you need a good remote just use the actual roku remote app it allows for full control without paying anything.
