Doesn't work on GrapheneOS anymore. Developers must find the right balance between security and usability. What's the point of having all these security features if the app is unusable? The app used to work fine. Now, It crashes upon launch. Also the app asks for way too many permissions. The app shouldn't need access to my messages. Just send me the code and I'll enter it manually. No need to automatically detect messages.

Beware. In the 7 months I have had this account, the app has worked for less than half of it. Constant crashing, and if I can beg it to open it takes nearly 2 minutes to get to the login screen. Don't look away though, if it actually gets that far and biometrics times out, you get to start all over again. The push notification is the only 2fa option, so good luck logging in on a computer. Furthermore, this bank has lowered my rate 3 times since the account was opened. Look elsewhere.

My Open Bank application was declined with NO explanation. I'm trying to open a high yield account. Not a credit card,not getting a mortgage. I called customer service. Was huge up on twice. One rep told me to apply throught the app. I did. declined. One rep told me to wait 30 days and reapply. The last rep told me wait for a letter on why I was declined. I wanted to give you My Money to open an account. Verizon recommended there customers to open an accounts. I am going somewhere else.
