What an annoying app. NOT in any way intuitive, and really, really neurotic about demanding all manner of:- passwords, mygovID challenges, SMS codes, Passkeys, even PIN numbers(!), - every time you moved into a different menu item. An absolute calidoscope of ID checks - all promising to streamline working in the app! My fat aunt! I would ask a question about 'value for our taxpayer dollars'. I demand a refund. What a crock! No confidence in this app.

Because even out Government needs support. Yes can confirm this is the real deal Aussie app to assist you with all things once linked in. You can access you tax, medicate, Centrelink etc but you will need the linking code. A game at first, and when you change phone's also, but otherwise, it's a bloody good aid for reporting etc

Go around and around in circles, submitting forms and data that isn't saved. Some glitch in the app, when submitting centrelink forms app is not saving new data entries and times out half way through session so have to go back to beginning and start over. This will happen 2 or 3 times before form will "submit" and record the data.
