since switching to the app, everything's kinda been the same. the app works well, minor bugs here an there nothing to big. the gps is my main thing with the app, it can get kinda sketchy often, but usually fixes itself. The one annoying thing is the "out of delivery area" it's a big orange circle you need to be close to or you can't continue the delivery. That needs some major work, it is the one main thing that will definitely slow down my route.

Pros: Money. That's about it. MANY Issues with this app. Error codes, won't load, etc. caused me to miss scheduled blocks then have to fight for my earnings with support. GPS lags, gives bad and sometimes unsafe directions. No live traffic updates for more efficient navigation. It's very frustrating. Most routes not worth the pay. Trouble scanning packages and confirming delivery, always having to go back or restart app constantly while standing in a strangers lawn. I could go on....

Ive been working for both a DSP and amazon flex for almost 2 years now. This app has been horrendous since day one and somehow it gets worse and worse everyday. The routing is horrible and the maps are just as bad. A good tip for people just starting out, you dont have to follow the route order given, you are better going in your own order because 9/10 times you will finish way quicker if you dont follow the routes given. Also use google maps or waze instead of the flex navigation.
