Ratings and reviews

First of all, I often check my balances just before bed and use dark mode all the time. The app flash-bangs me with bright white screens every time I login. Second, the app is missing app UI for some accounts, and it launches a web page within the app. Lastly, the rebalance investments is also missing app UI, launches a web page within the app, but never works from within the app. I need to leave the app, open a mobile web browser, and web login to my account to submit rebalance requests.

App keeps getting worse with each update. App frequently freezes, often crashes and is generally down for technical difficulties about half the time. The UI updates seem to enhance design at the expense of function. Frequently used tasks are buried four levels deep in illogical categories. A lot of drop down menus have been added instead of allowing text entry to further stymie your ability to get anything done.

Freeze's up. Everytime I try to go look at anything on the investment page it freezes up and I can't do nothing but exit. What are you trying to do keep us from our information. This app has been terrible for a long time. I emptied 1 plan yet the plan is still there there's nothing in it any more it doesn't need to be there. The other 2 plans it's like being in the dark. Everytime I updated it just gets worse. nice going Fidelity your app sucks.
