Ratings and reviews

Use any other app if you are able. It's risky to invest energy and time into any Google product. It simply may disappear or any of its functions may simply disappear. The bottom three buttons of the app change all the time. So for example the articles that I hearted were accessible via one of the buttons at the bottom of the app for years. It disappeared. The record I created of articles that I wanted to keep is gone. Google sucks!

Used to love Google, but is now loaded with bugs, ads, and boggy performance on multiple cell phones. High-pitched voice in the maps app. Hey, Google, fix your mess! Play store sucks. I have it set to auto update on Wi-Fi. Didn't realize Wi-Fi was out and pushed the updates using a large amount of data. Samsung has a pop-up warning message, but not Google. Also, Google messaging is awful. Being forced to use something that sucks; well it just sucks. Unfortunately stuck with it this mess.

Google is not interested at all in support. Ive had the same issue for a week now and all I get in response is 12 step tutorials for anything except my specific issue. It's just weird that they send some generic reply email not even related to your help request. I can't log into my accnt for several days. Error msg reads cookies disabled but I settings show they are enabled. I've provided all the info I possibly can but no help whatsoever. I pay for this monthly non- service.
