Notes et avis

Application et service qui ont révolutionné le transport dans les grandes villes en France, mais le service s'est dégradé à Paris, notamment le chauffeur annule la course brutalement, sans explication, et on se retrouve sans véhicule ! Service peu fiable à Paris, je préfère prendre les transports en commun. Service bien meilleur à Nice : Pas trop d'attente, chauffeurs aimables, pas d'annulation de course à la dernière minute. La note finale est un compromis entre Paris (3 🌟) et Nice (5 🌟)

Principe super, je l'utilisais beaucoup avant... Mais maintenant il faut s'y reprendre à 5 fois avant de réussir à commander une course, et impossible de régler avec Uber Money. Pour finir, de nombreuses arnaques en ce moment !!!!!! Et on est facturé quand même, même si le chauffeur indique avoir pris la course alors que c'est faux !!!!!!!!

Note sanction pour le manque de professionnalisme de certains Conducteurs, Livreurs pour la partie Uber eats, avant dernière expérience désastreuse et le manque de considération du service client sur ma problématique. Globalement les transactions sont assez efficaces, mis à part quelques cas, notamment la modification du lieu de la prise en charge. (si j'avais pu marcher plus, le réseau public TRANSILIEN m'aurait amplement suffit). Je me réserve le droit de modifier la note ou adios.
