È un app utile, ma sono molto deluso per un'assistenza inesistente. Spesso ci sono errori di sistema che comportano mancati guadagni. Queste multinazionali possono sembrare un servizio utile se sei un utente ma se invece sei un driver devi sottostare a guadagni miseri, falsi bonus che non vengono riconosciuti, errori di map, assistenza tecnica inesistente,sconnessa, risposte fuori luogo e chiude la possibilità di risolvere il problema. Molto deluso purtroppo.

Ora va un po' peggio ma in altre cose tipo la posizione cliente il contatto la navigazione no,ho cambiato telefoni ora ho il 5g ma il difetto è rimasto. la mappa di Uber non è aggiornata!!

corsa classica vai aspetti il cliente ti dice ho sbagliato a mettere l'indirizzo mi vieni a prendere gli rispondo certo dove non dietro l'angolo non a 1 km ma bensì a 6 km da me gli chiedo aggiornami il punto di partenza mi fa si va bene e non aggiorna controllo il tempo e non e partito vado a vedere per cancellare e l'orario faceva 6:01 pm l'unico problema e che che erano quasi le 8:00 pm ed il timer non era partito e grazie dopo ciò ho aperto richiesta immaginate...
