The app uses full-screen notifications to display incoming Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calls between riders and drivers, allowing users to quickly accept or decline and communicate in real time during trips.

外国人の方が多い地域で住所間違いとピンズレで詰む事があります。店からお客様情報のピンの位置に7分くらいで着いてお客の家正面の写真を見ても明らかに違う家。メッセージで近くまで来ているが家が見つかりません、という事を送信したが返信無し。電話しようにもお客様の名前が明らか外国人。電話しても相手が何を言っているのかわからない事があったので電話する気力も出ず。住所（ピンの位置）の半径約70mの個人宅やアパートを気温3度の中、45分かけて全部見たが結局見つからず。その後に分かった事が写真が時計回りに90度傾ていて実際の家と全然違う家を探していた事。シャッターに見えたのは実際は１階ドア、２階の窓は実際は１階の窓。全体的に四角い感じの外観で写真の向きが非常に分かりずらかったのです。5分くらい探したら見つかりましたが、家の近くに到着してから1時間以上かかりました。料理は完全に冷めきってしまったと思います。写真の向きがおかしいのを最初に知っていたらもっと早く配達出来ました。色々酷いアプリなので早く改善してください。

登録時の、口座登録の仕方が分かりにくい。英字表記で入力はやめた方が良いです。写真もありますが、一回で上手く行かないと、文字入力になります。 　あと、配達中のオーダーは、多いのは素晴らしい！…のですが… 　次の案件を、上部表示にしないと、お客様宅につき、作業をしている間にも、下画面が…次の案件で見えなくなり、場所確認をしたり、完了を押したりが、スムーズに 出来ません。　 　改善して欲しい箇所ですね。 宜しくお願い致します。 　 　

問い合わせ窓口が非常に分かりにくく、サポート対応にも不信感があります。 30件の対象配達で50,000円のプロモーションについて、対象になると認識していた配達を37件行いましたが、15件しかカウントされませんでした。 問い合わせると「2週間後に再度連絡」と案内され、その後「担当部署で調査」とされ長期間待ちました。最終的に「対象エリア内の配達が30件未満」と回答されました。 地図を見直し、大津市全域ではなく一部のみ対象だったことは理解しましたが、当時もっと明確に分かる表示なら対象範囲内だけで30件配達していました。 また、37件のうちどの15件が対象だったのか、残りがなぜ対象外なのか具体的な判定根拠を求めても説明されず、最終的に「これ以上の対応については回答できない」とされました。 トラブル時に具体的な説明を受けられないサポート体制では、安心して利用できません。 配達依頼が多い点は便利ですが、今回の一連の対応でサービスへの信頼は大きく低下しました。配達員が条件を正確に理解できる表示と、問題発生時に判定根拠を具体的に説明するサポート体制への改善を強く望みます。
