10分と表示されてたので注文したが配達決まるまで1時間。意味がわからない。待つだけ無駄な感じ。ドライバー人数の決まり状況が表示されたら良いと前から思ってた。お願いしますよ。待つのに疲れます。で、到着間近で料金の表示が出なくなった。何故?うろ覚えだったらキツい。前の方がよっぽど良かった。

UberOneに課金していても、まもなく到着しますと表示したまま、2時間以上配達されないまま放置。配達時間は延々と後ろにズラされる。チャットで問い合わせても同じ文言の繰り返しで何も解決せず。エージェントに繋ぐを選択して数分待つことがあると書かれているが、これも何十分待ってもまったく繋がる気配なし。たまたま運よく届く注文のときはともかく、遅延したときの対応はまったくもって当てにならないし、誠意のカケラもないです。届ける届けると表示しつつ、待ちきれずキャンセルされるのを待っているだけなのかと。

最近、毎回のように当初の予定時刻より15～30分ほど遅れて到着する。配達員の問題なのか…… もちろんそうなると、商品は冷えて美味しくない 他の配達と重複させるのはいいが、せめて同じ方向の配達場所にしてほしい (追記) また逆方向の配達場所と重複されて、届いた商品は全部冷えていた 予定時刻より20分維持遅れての到着、注文から40分以上後の到着だったが、問い合わせても謝罪も一部返金もなし 配達予定時間10分の注文でも、前回も1時間以上待たされた挙げ句対応なし 冷えてただけだししょうがないことは分かっているが、使う度に不快な気持ちになるのでアンインストールしました
