コロナ前から使ってますが、最近(ここ1-2年)の配達時間の遅延化がひどいです。 想定の配達時間をわざと早く設定しているふしがあります。 予想配達時間の2倍、ひどい時は3倍かかると思ってください。 総合評価4.2(私のレビューポスト時点)や5つ星評価のレビューだけで判断しないほうが無難です。 競合激化による配達パートナーの減少や、配達パートナーへの報酬の改悪など、本サービスに関する状況の変化を正確に把握しているわけではありませんが、これらの要素が最近の劣化の背景にあることは間違いないと思われます。 データの蓄積はあるわけですから、確度の高い予想到着時間を正直に表示するよう改善を求めます。

到着時間が必ず遅れる。予定時間の最も遅い時間より、だいたい遅れる。それでキャンセルすると、料金発生。こちらも予定あって動いてるので、表示されてた到着予定時間から30分とか遅れるのは理解できないし、それでキャンセル有料とか意味分からない。なら最初からさらに最も遅れる時間で表示すれば、こちらも選択しない。

お店と同価格詐欺。最近大々的に同価格広告を出しているが酷いもので、例えばローソン100では数百はあるであろう商品の中の10種類程度だけが同価格で他はほぼ倍の価格といった感じ。ほんの一部の店舗のほんの一部の商品が同価格というだけであのような過大広告、お得だと間違って買う人が大勢居るでしょうね。
