配達員の不手際で二重請求を迫られて、一度は解決したものの二度もやられてサポートに対応を願ったところ二回目は流石に対応不可とのこと。 地雷みたいな配達員に当たると仕方がないとはいえやはり納得がいかない。 他に、アプリ上では存在するもののGoogleマップで検索すると表示すらされない詐欺みたいな店でうっかり注文して写真と別物が送られてきたりと終始一貫してひどいアプリでした。 サポート・UI・表示されてる店全てが最悪　どんな対応をされても食えりゃいいって人には使えるアプリだと思います。

注文してから2時間以上待たされました。 あまりにも遅いので途中キャンセルしようとしたら注文代金は返ってこないとのこと。 仕方なく待ちましたが、案の定料理は冷え冷え、、、 全然おいしくありませんでした。 昔はよく利用してましたが最近ウーバーを敬遠してたのは配達員のマナーや配達中の丁寧さ（汁漏れや中身がぐちゃぐちゃになってたり）、到着の時間が以前と比べて格段に悪くなったからでした。 久しぶりに注文しましたが何も変わってないみたいです。ここのレビューを見てみたら同じ感想の人がいっぱいいたので自分だけじゃないと安心しました笑 ウーバーはもうオワコンなのかもね。 これからはロケットナウを試してみようと思います。

来るのが遅すぎ、何回頼んでも毎回毎回最初の予定時刻から約1時間はずれ込む。配達手数料もいくらかかるのか分かりずらなくて2280円って書かれてるからその分かと思ったら注文後に2680になってるし。確認事項の前に配達手数料とかも込で値段表記してくれないと分かりずらいし気がつけない。ご飯を運んでくれるっていうのはすごく助かるサービスなのに毎度ストレス溜まるから評価できることのはずなのにこれじゃあできない。
