horrible experience, I placed an order and even after it has been more than 1 hour of estimated delivery time, the order status has not changed, and there is no way to contact support, the AI chat is useless and replies the same thing to every question. I am guessing the money i spent is also lost. Not gonna use it ever again.

limited filters and horrible service. When I didn't receive my order I tried to contact customer service but with the horrible ai chat that repeats itself and the 'customer service link' that just leads to their FAQ I've just lost money and time. Update: After another attempt, I've received the wrong order and the customer service is yet again useless.

garbage app with garbage AI "customer service". our order has been stuck at the restaurant for the last hour with no one to pick it up. we can't cancel the order and their chat bot is useless. never had this issue with ubereats.
