I got more into fasting since my last review. It was quite fun seeing how my body craves nutrition packed food instead of candy and crisps. It was really nice seeing the how 24, 26 hour fasts were pretty easy comparing to prior me who could barely finish a 16 hour fast withour bursting into tears. I haven't really weighed my self or noticed major loosness in clothes, but over all i feel better. Your app is really amazing!!!
