App is efficiently laid out, allowing one to conduct the majority of their business without a great deal of stress. Edit: Adding another star for straightening out a security issue hassle free. Advising that I contact customer support pointing out some fraudulent transactions. They were very helpful and reimbursed the charges straight away. As well I received a replacement card in under a week. Very impressive and stress free, thank you! It would be nice to have an xtra couple $100 credit.

The app itself is sometimes frustrating. For example, MOST of the time when you push the Help option you actually get both a "chat" option and "search" option which is set up with loads of questions others have already asked and have been answered. And you don't even list a phone number to call for assistance. What's up with that? Well hopefully this will help you have a good product.

Very useful. After reading through the other reviews though, a few people said that you can't lock the card in app. I looked, and it seems to be true. I had assumed you could. That's a feature I just expected would be there. I knocked off one star because of it. Otherwise, it's very useful and easy to use, and it gives me the information I want in an easy-to-understand format.
