Latest update killed the former app. I now have to use this obtuse interface. Actual current temp and humidity are small and hard to find while the Setpoints are large. Menus are makes it hard to find the information you want. Some of the values are in gray font making it difficult to read. The energy usage info is limited and can only see detail for last 2 days. It is hard to believe that these products can keep getting worse but they seem to find a way..

The app still does not load. It tells me to download the app, it is downloaded. When I go to install it for the 20th time. Everytime I have to go to install to open it up. When it opens somehow it has my identity and equipment. Why after 20 tries 2 months the app still does not open by itself? 3 months later and still does not load automatically. Response from Carrier WE ARE WORKING ON IT. Fix it.

Very disappointing that Carrier, a brand I trusted with a new furnace and air conditioner, would require me to use an app with such obvious problems. Although I can manually control temperature from the app, the schedule function is entirely useless. It seems to randomly change my settings to those from other schedule periods. For example, Sunday morning I find my house rather cold, only to discover that the app thinks it is Friday night and has adjusted the temperature for that time.
