Latest update killed the former app. I now have to use this obtuse interface. Actual current temp and humidity are small and hard to find while the Setpoints are large. Menus are makes it hard to find the information you want. Some of the values are in gray font making it difficult to read. The energy usage info is limited and can only see detail for last 2 days. It is hard to believe that these products can keep getting worse but they seem to find a way..

New app - changes still aren't communicated to thermostats properly. They are either massively delayed, never get sent, or somehow update the thermostat w/ missmatched info; the latter is either a flat out glitch or an error of the app data getting combined with the thermostat data. Whether it's a fault w/ the hardware or software, even data within the app doesn't save properly. Ex. I just revised the entire week's schedule for two thermostats - a few hours later, 1 out of 10+ revisions saved.

2 year update: I will never purchase another Carrier Infinity product ever again. Their app continues to be an absolute failure with odd warnings about other products we don't have, slow or completely missed responses, etc. For a "premium" product it's a disaster that keeps getting worse. I may not go with a Carrier product at all when our AC needs to be replaced in a couple years.
