Latest update killed the former app. I now have to use this obtuse interface. Actual current temp and humidity are small and hard to find while the Setpoints are large. Menus are makes it hard to find the information you want. Some of the values are in gray font making it difficult to read. The energy usage info is limited and can only see detail for last 2 days. It is hard to believe that these products can keep getting worse but they seem to find a way..

Most of the time the app and the system aren't even on the same settings. speaking of settings, why can't I set the exact humidity that I want? This is sold as a premium system but the settings are very limited, the settings and the app couldn't be any more basic and the energy efficiency fails at life. Make an effort to live up to your brand and price point Carrier! 4 months later and everything above is still true.

It's almost useless trying to use the app. The app is very, very rarely accurate. The temperature, hold status...always inaccurate. I think it's because it's not syncing with the thermostat. Sometimes if you wait for 5 or 10 minutes it might sync up and be accurate, but very rarely.
